iHCPL #80: Movies

1.I watched(10 minutes)of the movie "The Cowboy and the Lady" 1938. Starring Gary Cooper, a 1 hour and 31 minutes movie. I was on the website IMDB. If I was at home, I would watch a movie on the TV set. If I was traveling, on a airplane or car, yes I would watch a movie on a computer.

2.I could not get into Apple Trailers, I had to load something onto the computer.I got into IMDB and watched 3 trailers: "Leaves of Grass", "Toy Story 3" and "Valentine's Day". Very easy to do, and yes I will use this site to keep current of the films I am interested in.

3.No I would not use any of the fee-based services to watch a movie at home. I would get a DVD from the library. I am to cheap to use fee-based movies.

iHCPL #79: Television

1.Hulu: Found CSI Season 7,8,9 and 10 full episodes. Lots of excerpts from the shows.
Castle, season 2
King of the HIll, full episodes are not
available but you can watch excerpts.
Also, in Hulu I found in Advanced Search, you can search for only show videos from Hulu or only show videos with closed captions or display family-friendly videos.
I was surprised to find primetime, daytime, late night, sports, movies, specials and TV Classics shows available on Hulu to enjoy.

2.No, I have not watched a TV show on my cell phone. No, I am not interested in doing this. The screen would be to small for me to enjoy the program. When I watch TV I like to relax, not looking at a 2" square spot in my hand.

3.No, I do not watch any streaming programs or user channels. No, I have not posted any videos to a site at all.
